Does TI offer a solution for the following? Can existing VGA be converted to DP?? Or would this require a new design based on GPU and DP device?

existing customer product has a CPLD that creates the VGA output and currently talks to 2 displays.

goal is to update display option/capability and to accomplish the following:

Output to a DisplayPort port. (There are plenty of converts for DP to HDMI, DVI, etc.)
Use the E-DDC that for querying the connected display for resolution, etc.

Unfortunately, we do not have a product that can support VGA to DP.

What would be options if starting from new circuit design to support multiple displays via DP? remove VGA as a consideration.

GPU with DP driver and hub?
or perhaps USB to DP and hub?

Any approaches or reference designs?

We do not have DP hub, we have HD3SS212 for DP1.2 switch for HD3SS214 for DP1.4 switch.
