Hi Team,
I have a customer. They use SN65DSI84 to transfer Mini DSI to LVDS and then use 947/948 to transfer. Their platform is NXP i. MX8.
However they find the screen will become red as following when staring up or restoring factory setting.(It is a probability event and 70% will occur.)
When they short the 947 PIN PBD to GND and this machine start up and the screen become normal.
What is more, when the machine is staring up, it not only will become red but also the screen will jitter as following.
I consult the customer for more information. They said their last generation is also use 947/948 and can work normally. But the last generation is use i.MX6 and does'n use SN65DSI84 to transfer Mini DSI to LVDS.
So team, can you give some advice about how to debug the red screen issue? Thanks a lot!
