Regarding to thermal resistance (Tja) on DP83630, my customer is asking some question.
(Question)
(1) Could you please tell us about this data? (It is not described on datasheet.)
(2) Also can we estimate it same as Tja of other WQFN(48) device?
(It is about 24-30° C/W.)
(3) The Tja is only in condition of Junction-to-ambient and It doesn't consider the thermal pad.
My understanding is correct?
