When you get a chance see below customer question:
I am able to read/write the internal registers - they look like they are setup correctly,
but, I can't get my ports to link.
At first, we had the center taps toward the PHY tied to 2.5v - we have removed this circuit. Here is a screen shot of my circuit: Any suggestions
