Hi Sir,

The datasheet 4.7.1 power-up and reset timing show the Figure 4-1.

Q1.Why TUSB1310A need change to Drive out?

Q2. ULPI_Data4 & ULPI_Data5 have internal Pull down resistance, is this always presence? or need Latch Only have? How many value for Pull down resistance?

Q3. ULPI_Data4 & ULPI_Data5 Through external High/Low control function,  need Pull-down & Pull-up resistance? How many value resistance? or could you please share ref design for me?

    the strap pin status (page 10) only effective when drive out

    not always, only presence used as strap pin refclksel, can't find value for PD resistor, should be weak PD
