Hi Sir

I have three questions about TUSB4020BI schematics and appcation questions

1. Please refer to schematics as below. While turning the power on, and we found that the voltage of VDD is 1.3~1.4V,(it should be about 1.1V)

After removing R176 &R177 &U15, the VDD becomes normal.(Suspect it will cause the current back to chip) Could you give us some comments for this issue ?

 


2. About offline OPT file, Could you help to share tool with us?

3. For run time, do we need any extra setting sequence from EC to activate the hub?

Please confirm the hub can work appropriate if no any I2C setting from EC side after power on.

    1: level shifter has internal 10k pullup, can you remove R116/R117 and try again?, if still has issue, could be power up timing issue, pls send all schematic to us .
    2: we can send OPT tools with email.
    3: there is no extra sequence from external configuration to activate the hub. once configuration is completed, it will activate the hub.
