DP83869HM is the only variant released. The 'A' might be a pre-release silicon. Can you share the complete top marking on the IC?

Hello Sekiguchi-san,

There are minor changes between the prototype silicon and the final silicon. The key features behave the same between the two versions. I would recommend referring to the datasheet for final silicon updates.
