Now the customer draws the board by himself, putting ds90ub953 and DS90ub954 on the same board for Demo circuit has been adjusted, and the image output is normal.But the temperature is very high and ub954 is over 100 degrees at room temperature test
1. Separately supply 1.8v external power to ub954 VDD, with only 166mA display current and 1.1v internal power. Ic itself does not have loss is not very big.The maximum power consumption is also about 0.5w
2. Could you please help to confirm whether the IC used by other customer has the same problem?
3, Please help us to confirm what is the reason of high temperature?
