As title, Does TCA9543A could meet our application?

Hi Shu-Cheng,

We can check on this. Do you mean that only one master would be enabled at a given time, and to switch between them the active master would write a command that both disables its channel and enables the other master's channel?

Hey Shu,

The way you currently have the device configured, I am assuming the masters are on the secondary channels and if so then this configuration will not work because the master/host cannot talk to/ configure the TCA9543A. There must be a master on the main SDA/SCL channels for this to work.

Hey Shu,

Your diagram does not show what the pins are. If SPK AMP is on SDA/SCL pins of TCA9543A then this will not work. If EC I2C Host or CPU I2C Host is on SDA/SCL pins of TCA9543A then this will work.
