DS90UB954-Q1: RAW 12 MODE for 10 bit data

hi team,

if we put YUV422 10bit into 933, than select output 12bit, connected with 954 RAW12 mode. does 954 could handle this data type? i choose YUV422 10bit data type and RAW12, but couldn't find like lower or upper 10bit config register like RAW10 8bit. Could we 954 output correct CSI data? thanks
