TPS65982: DP test failure in HDCP2.2 test

Dear,

My customer use TPS65982DC in typeC application, in their DP test, it failed the HDCP2.2 test, could you please advice if this test is related to our FW setting?

The Error message shows: "ERROR: COPMPolicy -0: Could not verify protection was turned on"

    Hi John,

    The TPS65982DC is responsible as part of the PD alternative mode negotiation process to discover and configure the physical interface that will be used for data (video) communication.

    We could check Type-C PD logs for a configuration issue but right now I don't have enough information to say this is our FW issue.
