DS90UB948-Q1EVM: can not recognized by ALP

Hi 

  I have a DS90UB948 evaluation board but this board can not be recognized by Analog Launch PAD, although all the driver have been installed on my computer. I attach the software print screen on it. 

  i can not follow this board menu to change the board profile in the USB2ANY.

  So may i ask is there any method to reset this board or any wrong with my setup.

    Hello,

    regarding your issue, please identify it is your board issue or ALP tool issue. you can get DS90UB948EVM board user guide in www.ti.com, page20 has detailed introduction on troubleshooting ALP software for your reference. thanks.

    thank you for your feedback. But the user guide suggested method that i can not achieved. Currently that the USB2ANY connector in my ALP that can not be activeted when i press it. And the current condition is that there is no device in the device list but the ALP condition said the hardware have been detected. So i can not follow the user guide to delete the reload the hardware profile. you can see my attached prient screen.

    you can check and try:
    1. Driver is installed successfully? if not, pls check the new driver or you can change the PC.
    2. ALP is installed successfully? you can check the last in my.ti.com on ALP tool.
    3. EVM is ok or not? if not, you can try one more EVM for checking.
    4. regarding the operation, pls refer to the EVM user guide which has detailed step by step setting.
