Hello

SN65HVD63 is Conforms to Proposed AISG V3.0 specification.

The emission spectrum is displayed in the datasheet up to 400Mhz.

but AISG v3.0 Request the Up to 12.75Ghz for emission spectrum.

Please let me know the emission spectrum between 400Mhz and 12.75Ghz.

and Recommend the Reference Circuit for AISG v3.0.

It's a good question. So far I haven't found any test data about that range. I'll dig more and update you. The reference circuit of AISG 3.0 should not have much difference than that of AISG 2.0. What specific part are you interested?

I'm sorry I could not find the bench data. But there is a design spec that shows the goal of emission spectrum. Since the test data align with the design very well in all other range, I assume SN65HVD63 passes AISG 3.0 spec from 400MHz to 12.5GHz as well. Please let me know if you have more questions.
