I'm using DS90CR287. Sometimes the start-up is abnormal. It seems that the PLL is unstable.

Do you have any suggestions about this issue?

Hi Kevin,

Can you go into more detail about the issue? How often is the start-up abnormal? Do you see the issue on multiple units? Why do you think the PLL is unstable? Can you post a screenshot of the input and output clock?
