SN65LVCP114: Floating the high speed differential inputs

Can unused high speed inputs be left floating, or should they be biased? Design using 3 of the 4 inputs.

Blog note "Trouble passing 12G SDI" says inputs are biased to VCC-0.3 nominally.

Thank you. Do I need to bias both unused IN+ and IN-? I see industry and vendor differences whether IN- biasing is needed in addition to IN+.

I would recommend to bias only one input to Vcc . The internal bias to Vcc-0.3 will create a voltage across the input pair
