TPS65983B: Difference between QZ & BH Package

There are two packages that appear to be identical, the QZ & the BH package. is there a difference and is there one that is preferred for ordering, Silicon Expert reports both parts are good to 10 years.

Hello John,

Please use the ZBH package for easier availability, however, both can be used. Only difference is shown if you look in the package addendum of the datasheet, the ZBH is the a slightly thinner package. Both devices are p2p and utilize the same configuration tool and file.
