Hello,

My customer is willing to use DS90UB941AS-Q1 .

They just need to have info for package dimensions of the component because they need to insert it into CAD libraries. I could not find them in the ds.

Hello Antonio,

The 941AS will have the Package VQFN (64)
With a Body Size (NOM) 9.00 mm × 9.00 mm

Hi, I am the customer to whom antonio referred. The information on the packatge type (VQFN64) is already available on TI website.

We need detailed measurer pin pins and thermal PAD (es spacing between pins, dimensions of thernal pad etc...), like the ones on the image below (the image is an example taken from DS90UB940 from TI)
