Which deserializer is being used?
Is the VSYNC and HSYNC signal discrete for CCIR656 or embedded in video data?

deserializer is DS90UB914Q-Q1.

Yeah, this is fine. You could connect VSYNC to VSYNC pin and HREF to HSYNC pin.
The only constrain is if you use RAW10 mode, HVSYNC and HREF are restricted to no more than one transition per 10 PCLK cycle.

If you use DIN[7:0] on 913, the data will come out on ROUT[7:0]. Unused pins can be left as no connect.
