My customer has a question about DP83822I.

[Q]

Please tell me the value of the integrated pull-up register on RESET_N pin.

Is my understanding correct ?

"RPull-up" in D/S P.10 Electrical Characteristics indicates the resistance of Type=PU.

"RPU-POR" in D/S P.10 Electrical Characteristics indicates the resistance of Type=S-PU.

The type of "RESET_N" pin is PU.

Therefore the value is "RPull-up" (min=6.75k, typ=9k, max=11.25k).

Yes, RESET_N has integrated PU. Value mention above is correct.
