TUSB422: Can't get past PE_SNK_WAIT_FOR_CAPS

Part Number: TUSB422
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430FR59941

Hi,

I've been working on porting the TI code for the TUSB422 over to our MSP430.  So far I can't get past the PE_SNK_WAIT_FOR_CAPS stage.  I'm a sink and I have a PD sniffer hooked up and I see the charger advertising as the DFP.  I even see the TUSB422 reply with GOODCRC occasionally, but I never get an interrupt about data being received.  Any advice here?  I saw a few other people were stuck in the same area when trying to get this code working.

Thank you

Here's a little log from me trying to connect to a charger.
