Hi team,

Our customer have a question to DS90UB953Q1.

Does 953 have a register that sets 953 become unlocked status?

Customer system will reset 954 ECU side when LOCK signal indicates unlocked status.
Customer want to reset ECU by using SPI register of 953.

Does 953 have a such register?

I am not sure if I understood you correctly! Are you looking for register in the 953 to change the status of the deserializer from Lock to unlock?
for which reason is this required?

ECU of 954 side becomes reset when unlock status. So, Customer want to force their ECU to reset. Do you make sense to my question?

This does not really make sense!
Why they do not simply restart the ECU?

If the only way to reset the ECU is having LOCK lose, then they can digital reset the SER or the DES using register 0x01. By doing that the DES will lose LOCK.
