HI ,

Can you please let us know the Voltage reference levels for the RESET signal (RESET_N)when we are using the device in 3.3//2.5/1.8V IO voltage modes ?

Subsequent question, what about Voltage reference levels for the RESET signal (RESET_N)when we are using the device in low voltage mode ( AVD = 1.8V)

Hi Shanu,

Please see the VIH/VIL levels in the electrical table for the levels. (Table 7.5)
RESET is part of the IO supply so the voltage reference only applies to VDDIO setting and not AVD.
