DS25BR100: Max Junction Temperature and CML in/out operation

Hello,

What is the maximum (non-absolute) junction temp rating of PN DS25BR100TSD/NOPB ?

 

Also I noticed that the part below accepts a Current Mode Logic (CML) standard, however, it only outputs LVDS.

 

Does TI offer a CML-in / CML-out  version of this part or something similar?

    Greetings,

    Max junction temperature is 95 deg C.

    DS25BR100 has wide input common mode range and you can AC couple on the output. Majority of small buffers or cross points have LVDS input/output since these offer reduced EMI and lower power.
