DS90UB933-Q1: DS90UB933-Q1 POC

Part Number: DS90UB933-Q1

Dear Teams:

i have read SNLA224---Sending Power Over Coax in DS90UB913A Designs.
R6/R8 1K.
pdf says:The circuit required must have very low impedance at DC, and the impedance must be >1 KΩ in both the
backchannel band (1-4 MHz), and the forward channel band (PCLK*0.7 to PCLK*7) Ideally, the
impedance is also above 1 KΩ in the region between the backchannel band and the forward channel
band, but this is not strictly required.

X933-Q1 POC Design  is different  with X913A.
I used ds90ub933 for new project, But the POC Circuit was confused ,which one will be better?
Resist R7 change to 2k. does the resistor have max. limit ? thanks

  • Hello,

both circuits are good. I can't say if one is better than another, this depends also on your circuit and layout. At the end it is not important which circuit you are using as long as you fulfill the link requirements (Insertion loss & return loss)
