TL16C554A: 115200 BAUD RATE communication error

Dear TI Team,

BAUD RATE communication error occurred on 115200 during design of TL16C554A.

The data sheet does not show BAUD RATE 115200 recognition error rate.

Can you check the 115200 recognition error rate for 8 Mhz and 16 Mhz?

Hey Chun,

If you are seeing a baud rate error it is usually related the oscillator you are using. Have you used an oscope to measure the crystal frequency and adjust your DLL/DLH registers to get a lower baud rate mismatch?

Is it possible to use an additional 11.0592MHz or 14.7456MHz crystal?
