SN65CML100: power consumption

Team, my customer has a question:

I am not able to get power consumed by sn65cml100 when operating at

1. 1. speed of 1.5Gbps,
2. 2. LVDS input and
3. 3. CML output

by going through its data sheet.

Is the Icc of max of 12mA  at 85C, correct?

It consumes only like 40mW at that speed?
