HD3SS215: Impedance for Transmission lin

Part Number: HD3SS215

Customer is now using the PTN3460 to conver the signal from PC Display port to Panel's LVDS. However, they found something problem during thermal shock test. RD guess the problem would be the impedance not compatible between PC side and DP switch.

PC side: BayTrail-IE3845, impedance is 85 Ohm.

If customer using TI's Display Port Switch IC, how to implement the PCB's impedance for transmission line? 85 Ohm or 100 Ohm? How to setting/design the termination impedance?

In the VESA DisplayPort standard Version 1~1.2a, it is suggested to use 100Ohm as impedance.
