SN65DSI84: MIPI input signal specification

Hello,

Our customer use the SN65DSI84, have a question about MIPI D-PHY spec.

For transmitter (FPGA, SOC...),there is a specification for delta VOD.

The delta VOD means mismatch between HS-1 and HS-0.

For receiver (SN65DSI84), thereis no specification for delta VOD on the datasheet and

MIPI D-PHY spec.

If the customer comply with the specification of MIPI DSI INTERFACE and Figure1 on the DS,

is there a problem in operation?

Does it need to consider about delta VOD?

Hi Naoki-san,

The DSI84 has DSI receivers, not transmitters, so delta VOD is not an applicable specification for it. You only need to ensure that your transmitter is compliant with this spec and Figure 1 in the datasheet, as you mentioned.
