Hi team,

Can 953/954 support 5MP@24FPS and 8MP@15FPS?

From calculation it meets the FPDLINK line rate < 3.2Gbps, but I'm not sure whether where is some limitation for 5MP and 8MP resolution.

yes, you are right to calculate the supported resolution. but pls note the video should be YUV422 to support 5Mp@24fps and 8MP@15fps.

For 5Mp@24fps and 8MP@15fps, can it support RAW data(10/12) in MIPI format?

yes, it can. pls check d/s page42. generally it is ok if pixel width is <20bits.
