    Sorry for the delay in responding. Please find below the thermal parameters for this device.
    For the junction temperature, you can use 125C as the absolute maximum. Unfortunately, there isn't an operating junction temp specified. However, the power dissipation for this device is very low, so in practice the device junction should stay well below the max junction temp.

    Theta JA-High K: 102
    Theta JC, top: 47.8
    Theta JB: 42.4
    Psi JT: 8.5
    Psi JB: 41.6
