TUSB542: TUSB542 + TUSB321 schematics review

• TUSB321
  • PORT pin should be left unconnected for DRP mode.
• TUSB542
  • Seems to be configured correctly.

Design the TUSB321 to be UFP currently and to be DRP if possible.

For TUSB542, where does RX_AP and TX_AP connect to? Please check the orientation of these two signal pairs.

For TUSB321 being DRP, do you have a VBUS switch?

1. The RX_AP and TX_AP are connected to our host ASIC on the board as below. And it follow the orientation. 

  As we know the USB3 interface supports pair swapped. Does the three USB 3.1 interfaces of TUSB542 support pair swapped ? 

2. Yes we have a VBUS switch on the system. Should I connect ID of TUSB321 to notify MCU in order to turn-on the VBUS switch?

Pair swap or polarity swap? Since you already have 0.1uF cap on USB0_RX0_P/M, please remove R96 and R101.
I would assume USB0_TX0_P/M is transmitter, then they need to be connected to TX_AP+/-.
USB0_RX0_P/M is receiver, then they need to be connected to RX_AP+/-.

It is better to let the host detecting the ID status, and then let the host drive the VBUS switch.
