TPS65987D: GND pad VIA

Hi,

Is it ok to implement only 5 VIAs on GND pad with VIA size of inner 13mil and outer 25mil?  IS it enough?

    Hi Antony,

    5 Vias may be a bit little. We use 11 8/16 mil vias on the TPS65988EVM. Since you are using larger sized vias, I would suggest having at least 7 to ensure a solid connection to the GND plane.
