Hello,

Is there a specific driver for PCI2050 chipset for linux kernel 4.9 ?

I have 4 serial RS422 card on the PCI extension, and it works well on Windows, but with Linux, it does not.

It only works when I have 2 cards on linux.

I am wondering if the kernel driver (shpchp) is full compatible.

    Hi johan,

    From your description it does seem to be a compatibility issue. Is everything else in the system the same except for changing the OS from Windows to Linux? Unfortunately we are not able to provide driver support or give assurances on compatibility. You may be able to get better answers on the Linux forums though.
