DP83867E: IO Pins

Part Number: DP83867E

The datasheet indicates on Page 6 “NOTE: Internal pullup and pulldown resistors on the IO pins are disabled when the device enters functional mode after power up.” I wonder does the pullup get removed from the RESET_N pin 43?

This pin is designated as an I pin.  I expected to see “I/O” instead of IO if it were restricted to I/O only lines, and wonder if the IO pins means I or O or I/O.

Could you clarify?

Thank you.
