Hi Team,

We had met the issue that PD(65982) port 2 load FW fail, block diagram as below,

and get the pass and fail waveform from UART transmission as below,

[Fail]

How to confirm UART data transmission completely ? (PD_UartLog file as enclosure)

Sam:

Is there an EC connected to the two TPS65982 devices? If so, it can read the Mode registers. For TPS65982 this will contain "APP " if the boot sequence is complete. If the booting of the device is not complete, it will contain "BOOT".

Yes, we read the Mode registers and contain "BOOT".

Do you see cases that pass and cases that fail? If so, what changes are to the hardware and/or firmware have been done to create the fail condition?
