SCANSTA112: SCANSTA112SM/NOPB

With the SCANSTA112SM/NOPB being a lead-free BGA component, is it backwards compatible with leaded solder in an elevated reflow profile (where the peak team is greater than 230°C)? I have seen different answers on different manufacturer's websites when dealing with lead-free BGAs and wanted to verify Texas Instruments evaluation of this component.

I haven't been able to find specific information for this device, but in general, it is not backward compatible for reflow. Please check the following app note for details: www.ti.com/.../spru811a.pdf .
