    Hi,

    There is no Tj max listed in the datasheet for device operation.  For storage the maximum is 150C.  From an overall reliability level TI recommends to keep Tj = or < 105C during device operation.  This should be relatively easy as the operating temperature range is listed at a maximum ambient of 85C.  Since this device has such a low current demand the worst case Tj should be quite close to the ambient temperature or the board temperature (whichever is higher).
