Hi Bill,

I looked at the GRL report. My first suggestion is to generate a VIF for your product using the Vendor Info File Generator. The latest version I see at usb.org is Version 1.2.5.0. You can find this under the Document Library, with Catagory: Tools and Type: Test Tool

This will help the tester perform the correct tests for your product.
