Does AM26C31 quadruple RS422 driver and AM26LV32 quadruple RS422 receiver both supports multi-port feature.

If yes how many devices can it support  ?

    Hello,

    These devices were designed based on the RS-422 standard requirements, and so they are able to support 10 receive nodes for each 1 transmitting node (per that standard's guidelines). Higher node counts may be possible in certain applications (for example, for higher cable impedances and lower cable losses). If you need higher node counts you may wish to look into an RS-485 transceiver such as THVD1450, which can support up to 256 bi-directional nodes.
