LV04EVK01: 10 meter conection

Hi,

I am working with the LV04EV01 evaluation kit. I'm using 10 meter wire to conect the boards. If i use the de-emphasis the comunicacion is broken. Because?

I have another question.

When i activate the EQ some times the deserialer dont work. I put the 10k resistor to VDDIO to activate the EQ.

Hi Ander,

1. What resistor value did you adjust VR3 to when setting the de-emphasis (see Table 2 on page 26 of the DS92LV0421 datasheet)?

2. Please quantify "some times". Do you mean it works a majority of the time and the failure rate is low?
