TPS65988EVM: Save Binary Error

Part Number: TPS65988EVM

Hi Team,

My customers did according to the procedure of P. 12 of TPS 6598x Application Customization Tool(slvub60a).

However, an error occurs in Save Binary item in STEP 8.

I get the attached error message.

How can I successfully complete it?

    Hi Kenji-san,

    I could not duplicate your error message. Could you please show me the steps you took to reach the error message? Also please check your installation folder for the firmware binary to make sure it was not removed. It will be similar to: C:\[path_to_install]\TPS65987_8 Application Customization 4_03\tps6598x-application-customization\TPS65987_88_F707_04.bin. You may want to check the "change file" button to make sure you can find the binary.
