TMDS171: Power up and Operation Timing Requirements

Hi,

Following the revision between rev.D and rev.E of the TMDS171 data sheet, the content of table 36 has been changed as follows.
So, could you please confirm whether TMDS171 can work normally on both the pin strapping mode and software control mode by I2C if powering up with "OE = high(pulling up to VCC)" and "SIG_EN = low(pulling-down to 0V)" ?
In addtion, please also tell me the background that table 36 is frequently revised.

SIG_EN is controlled through register when in I2C mode and controller through pin when in pin strapping mode. But condition in the last two rows of Table 36 would put TMDS171 into normal operation.

The change between Rev D and Rev E is to add more clarification of TMDS171 behavior under different states.
