TUSB3410: Looking to create an intelligent USB thumb drive

Part Number: TUSB3410
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB9261

Hi,

Our company (squadratechnologies.com) has Windows security software that controls and audits USB storage devices.
We are interested in making our own USB "thumb drive" that will have a micro-controller on it that will (when the device is plugged into the USB port of the computer) perform a handshake with our software (on the Windows computer).
The result of the handshake will determine (tell) the micro-controller to either allow the device to mount (be visible and usable in Windows) or not to mount.
We are looking for a TI chip(s) that will give us the necessary hardware components to complete our task.
Thanks very much in advance.
