Customer may use synchronous & asynchronous memory card. Linux driver has support for both. Hence checking on TCA5013 hardware requirement. When do we need C4 & C8 ?

How to make sure that device has come out of resent and what register can be read from I2C for same ?
Is there a power up sequence for the device ?

For synchronous card, the contact C4 is assigned to function code (FCB) for type 2 synchronous cards. FCB is used in conjunction with RST in order to indicate the type of command to be executed in the card (e.g. reset, read, write).

For power up sequence, please refer to section 10. The TCA5013 has two power supplies VDD and VDDI. When the device is powering up, the ramp rates of VDD and VDDI can cause the supervisor fault to be asserted. The supervisor fault at power up can be avoided if VDD is ramped and stable before VDDI is ramped.
