Dear all:

I have some questions about TUSB5221P

1. Whether we can exchange positive and negative PIN（RX1+/-), What do you need to pay attention to?

2. Whether both RX1 and RX2 can connect to HOST IC?

1. Lane polarity inversion is supported and covered in section 6.4.2 of the USB 3.1 specification.
2. You still need one RX connected to the USB connector. So either RX1 or RX2 can be connected to host, but the remaining RX will be connected to the USB connector. Please see Figure 2 for the connection diagram. There is one type with the diagram, pin 11/12 is TX2.

If we connect to USB3.0, Is it support the Lan polarity inversion?

USB 3.0 is also known as USB 3.1 Gen 1 (5Gbps) and still supports lane polarity inversion.
