The datasheet found online only mention about propagation delay for max spec.

May I know the typical value?

Hi Joe,
The typical is ~ 40ps. This is mostly driven by the distance between ports on the switch. The package itself is 2.5mm wide, but the bond wires and on chip interconnect is not as efficient as a pure 100 Ohm differential transmission line.
