MAX3243E: Supply current at normal operation

Hi Team,

MAX3243EIDBR data sheet only show supply current at no load condition.

Could you help to confirm the max Icc at normal operation? (VCC=3.3V)

We want to estimate the power rating.

    Daniel,

    The max Icc depends on the data rate and load of your application. You can refer to this post about the power dissipation calculation and use the data for estimation. The trick is that you can convert capacitive load into resistive ones. If you know your maximum loading (minimum impedance), the current consumption can be scaled up. Please let me know if you have more questions.
