Does PCA9306 use CMOS FET ?

I can not find in data sheet.

If it is CMOS FET, how much is Iq.

I'd like to know quiescent current.

Hi Paul.
I'll teach you our details.
Vref1 : 3.3V
Vref2 : 5V (through 200kΩ resistance as your reference)
SDAx/SCLx : 100Ω pull up(Rough estimate)

Hi Kengo,

Based on your given values, the quiescent, or biasing, current would be 5uA.

Also, I would suggest to revisit your pullup resistor value on your SDA/SCL lines. 100 ohms is very small and would cause the master device to consume a large amount of current when a line pulls low. You can refer to the following document to help you determine suitable Rpullup values:
