Dear Sir.
Regarding the LVDS signal, if the application speed is 500Mbps ~ 600Mbps and the cable length is 5M or more 5M. Does the LVDS transmit or receive need LVDS Buffer(such as the accessory DS90LV804 or DS90LV001) to enhance the signal?
If need to add a Buffer, please recommend the LVDS buffer of that solution? Or meed to use the Equalizer solution?
1. At the FPGA transmitter --- connected to buffer or Equalizer?
2. At the FPGA receive --- connected to buffer or Equalizer?
3. Or do not use any components on the FPGA side, just connect the Repeater device on the MDR cable and extend the signal of the cable without distorting the signal?
