TUSB211: How to saving power when system in standby mode.

Hi Team

My NB ODM customer add a TUSB211 because for their SOC's USB2.0 port driving ability not so well.

But they check the TUSB211 spec , even in Disable Power mode it still need 4.5mA.

I want to know if we can control VCC power on/off to saving this Iq in system level?

For normally, can SOC know there have some USB device connected then turn on TUSB211 VCC power?

Or do  you have any other advice can provide to do the power saving?
